Default Flash Player + Vista x64

I can't install flash Player on Vista x64 ???


That sucks

works fine for me...i think. I haven't had any problems playing flash stuff on sites, so i GUESS it's working.

You have the same problem I did. You have to manually download the .exe installer from adobe's website. The auto installer doesn't work for vista x64.

oh yeah, i just always do this anyways becuase firefox doesnt like the auto install all the time. Good catch. No wonder mine was working fine lol.

Go to google and search Flash for Vista 64 and you should find something. It's a lot faster than posting here and it solved my problem a year ago :P

there is NO flash for x64 OSs yet ......anyone saying it works fine for them is using a x32 browser

Yes you are technically correct. x64 browser + x64 OS = no go. x64 os + x32 browser does work. But you have to download the flash installer manually, the auto download feature does not work.
