Default hotcore3

I just recently uninstalled paragon partition manager and it seems it left behind a file hotcore3.now the problem is if you delete the file and clean the registry the pc will not boot.also it leaves an error in the event viewer that it cannot load hotcore3. has anybody had any expierence with this? if so how did you get rid of it short of reformatting
