Default Simple Program to fix Windows XP MBR?

Hello all,

My Parents who live far away from me are having booting issues with Windows XP Pro. I told them to boot from the disk and fix the MBR only problem is that they don’t know what happened to their disk. I know I have seen some really great programs that fix basic boot issues but can't seem to find them on this board or when I Google them I think they were on lifehack but I just cant remember.

So, I need a program that is simple to use and can be burnt to a CD or DVD Rom since the other computer in their home does not have a floppy drive.

Thanks for the help,

GEO
