Vista SP1 Vs. XP SP3
so i just out of nowhere decided to scrap my vista install and go back to XP, i installed SP3 and there seems to be a decent improvement from SP2.
i did also notice an improvement from SP1 with Vista. overall, which OS with its respective new service pack is better?

I've always preffered Vista even back then with the nvlddmkm.sys driver error lol. Vista looks sleek, it's fast, what more can I say...

Is SP3 RTM out?
Which one is better is quite a broad topic. Better at what? DX10? Vista... Memory use? XP...

I'd like the vista dx10 if it yielded any graphic quality that xp couldn't. They have a pretty good very high hack for xp, and i'll probably stick with that unless crytek finally comes out with an ultra high setting only for vista that has better gfx than the very high.

oh god here we go again....
If you have 4GB of RAM or more, Vista is great for you... anything less and you will prob complain I vote for vista because a lot of my drivers work better on Vista... SP1 was just more frosting for my chocolate cake!

I have XP Pro SP3 x86 and Vista Business x64 SP1 and love Vista (with the 8 gigs of RAM it SCREAMS, and its faster with just 2 also. Flows better. But I have to dual boot cause EVEN MICROSOFT'S OWN ZUNE SOFTWARE WON'T WORK WITH X64)
