Default When will XP Support End?
Google is bringing up too much old information. Can anyone tell me when support for XP will stop? This has probably been asked many times, my apologies.

I would say not for a while. I don't know officially, but it will be a while... The world is too much in love with XP.

XP retail boxes will no longer be available as of July 2008. OEM licenses will no longer be available as of January 2009. Windows updates will continue for quite a while after that.

Alternative answer: if your PC is fast enough, you should be running Vista.
