I have a 4GB flash drive that I want to be able to sync with my computer. When I go into the 'Sync Center' the only thing that I can do is sync with WMP. I want to sync files, can someone please help me?

Forget Sync Center, Use Microsoft SyncToy instead. You can find numerous of guides on teh netz.
