2nd HDD disappears

2nd HDD disappears
Before I did a format of Vista, I could put my PC to sleep and it would wake up fine, but since i formatted, when I put the PC to sleep and wake it up, my 2nd HDD is not listed? Any idea why it disappears like that? thank you
