So Im having issues that i cant seem to figure out. Almost everytime I open vent and connect either I get no sound output in vent or its all garbled. I have to then play around with the settings to get it to work. Of course I do have the latest drivers and such. The fix that worked tonight is to disable and re-enable the device. Any ideas why its doing this?

Im running it under Vista Biz x64.

make sure you have your default device set correctly.

Ok I have the default device set that the mic. It still produces no sound sometimes. It picks up sound if I un mute it in the levels area under the output but not in any program.
