Windows XP SP3 Back to SP2... QUESTIONS!!
So I downgraded... And now some things don't work.. Namely Windows Defragmenter.. I've tried SFC /scannow and to no avail no fix.. what to do guys?

Reformat.... seriously upgrading and downgrading service packs always causes problems for me.

...Or you can run windows repair which will probably just cause even more problems.
Or I guess you can wait for someone else to tell you the exact same thing.. It sounds like a corrupt OS to me.. I've never downgraded a service pack sucessfully... just speaking from my personal experience with it. Not trying to be a jerk :|
