I installed a gadget from Logitech that monitors my wireless mouse and keyboard battery status.
__________________Only problem is it disables the keyboard and mouse (even wired) when it loads. I need to get this gadget off of there, but can't since I can't use my mouse. I am dual booting with XP, so I can navagate the files and it will boot in Vista in safe mode, but I don't know where the file is. I think it is called logitechdesktopbatterystatus(64bits).gadget (first one here) but I can't find the file. I have searched the entire drive, looked in program files and program files (x86) and found the sidebar folder, but can't find this file (or the startup file for sidebar). Any way to disable it from safe mode in Vista or from XP?

Well, got it fixed.
__________________I went into safe mode and un-installed the logitech software and then re-booted. It worked just fine, so I uninstalled the gadget. Re-installed the logitech software, and no problems now.

Logitech has been complete crap with drivers lately.
I can't even configure the special functions on my mx518, the software shows no extra options. *Boycotts Logitech*

Well, once I removed the gadget, the drivers seem to work fine, but you would think they would work with their own gadget.
