Vista first timer here...nice nice
Vista Ultimate x64---install was a breeze (not too many prompts which requires user reply only cd key then zoom install) with 4gb of sticks during
+Internet connected downloaded updates prior completion of install
no errors throughout - just a couple of reboots (smart install)
will add 4gb more tomorrow

I popped in the DVD while I was in XP
makes xp look like win98

Been a happy Windows user since 95, used (and still own copies of) every consumer OS release by Microsoft since

Currently using XP Pro SP3 x32 and Vista Ultimate x64 Dual boot on this machine , Windows ME on an older machine and Windows 98 Second edition on yet another AND my very first PC is still around with Windows 95, all capable of running but only the win 98 (for family who only want to play solitare/pinball/minesweeper on) and this current rig are plugged in and running
