Unhappy vista ultimate upgrade
Last year i upgraded to vista(yes i can hear you laughing)but i did i then decided to upgrade to vista ultimate which i did by digital download.Since then i have needed to reinstall vista only to find out that you cannot download this upgrade now you need a disk to do it.I have the liecence in the digital locker but not the upgrade,Arvato and Microsoft are just passing me back and forth.Any idears how to get this upgrade??
