Question [HELP] Disk Cleanup in Vista 64Bit

I am running Vista Ultimate 64Bit and when I did the Disk Cleanup, there was 4GB of 'Hibernation File Cleaner' and also 1GB of 'System Queued Windows Error Reporting'. What are those, is it safe to remove them or not???

You can remove them, Hibernation Files are just files that were saved during hibernation and didn't get deleted, and the error reporting is just all the errors that have been saved. I just did a disk cleanup myself and erased them, and the only change was that I had more space.

What you have to realise that OS are created for the use of COMPLETE noobs. Microsoft would not give you the option to clean something which would then cripple the OS.

In most cases if the option is there and you did not have to jump through hoops to get there then its likely to be safe/

Yeah, there safe as Enterprise said. Microsoft wont let you remove something thats not suppose to be removed, especially with Vista.
Also look into CCleaner for clearing the other temp files and registry.

I once used the CCleaner on my old PC and deleted things that I did not want to delete so I did not use that program again.
