Modification of system code or a critical data structure was detected
this is a BSOD message I get Im working on CPU overclocks but I have never seen this before.... is this a chipset failure or CPU fail?

Guessing, just from the BSOD description...
__________________It probably thought that you deleted or edited system source files, like the kernel or something. Also have never encountered that before, through the many BSOD's I have had.
