Default Should I reformat to Vista Ultimate?

Alright my parents had finally upgraded from XP, and they bought Vista Ultimate OEM so I was considering reformating. But the thing is though is it REALLY worth it to bump up to Ultimate when I already have Home Premium on my current rig for about two months now? I mean i'm pretty much clueless of the differences if there is any between the two since their both x32 . So what do you guys think I should do?

As far as gaming goes, there's nothing really different between Ultimate and Home Premium

Not really much a difference really.Since I already tried both of them, The Home Premium uses less services which is better I guess. The Ultimate has probably a couple more features that are pointless to me in my opinion.

No real difference unless you want the better administration + networking features like Group Policy and the ability to join domains).
