there wasnt an option to format but it said it will move the files to a folder called old windows file
is that of if i install witout format and i let it do wat it wants? or should i interupt installion by restarting?

You can format. It's in the advanced drive options. You can access that section towards the bottom right when it's asking you what drive you wanna install on.
Click the link at the bottom right ![]() This will show up: ![]() Notice the format button. Use that .

Search better, usually ( at least on my Instalation) it had a part with the HDD, and the option to restore, to format, etc...

Well its already installed so is it ok to have it installed without a formated hard drive?

If it installed, then you should be fine. however, you probably have some wasted space from where it copied files. I would recommend a clean install with formatting if you don't mind running it again. that way you have a nice, clean install, and you know everything was done correctly. But really it's up to you.

It would be better if you formatted and installed it clean. But either way you got installed.

If you were installing from XP, you might have some problems. My friend did the same thing and started getting random restarts. I told him to format it first and no problems ever since.
