Default Vista Update Error 80072F8F

Fresh Install of Vista
then SP1

and i get this error when i update
Time is right
and time wont sync manualy
An Error occourd while windows was syncing with (watever server i try)



and every time i try to change the clock manualy
it keeps chaning it self for some reason
