White Pixel Border Always Around One Desktop Icon

New to Overclock.net
|
For some strange reason, no matter what, there is always an annoying one-pixel border around the last-selected desktop icon. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and found a solution. I am using XP sp2. This problem has been occurring before I changed themes.
