Default XP wallpaper help!

hey everyone,

I am wondering if there is a way to make it so every time i turn on the computer, my wallpaper rotates to a different one. Like if i have 10 wallpapers in a folder, can i make then cycle every time the computer is turned on?

any help is appriciated!

I'd say that'll take some knowledge of the "anatomy" of the Windows.... If someone can do it, that's great!

I know you can do it on OSX but don't think its possible unless you get a 3rd party program... damn you Macintosh

anybody in the forum know how to write a program like that, or one that changes the wallpaper every hour or so?

Yeah I got your awnser, I belive, may not be the best way to go about doing so though, and you may need a little html.

Note: Before I go on, please note that I am an idiot and this may not work as I have not tested it, but im giving it a shot.

Ok goto Display Properties -> Desktop -> Customize Desktop -> Web

Then click new, then you will want to upload your images to a website and then html your site such that the page will load randomly 1 of how ever many images you want. Then you imput the website address and you are set, whenever you restart it should randomly select one of the images.
