Default Boot menu problem

Hi, I have recently deleted linux and unpartitioned the space it was in, now its totaly clean but I still get the linux boot screen with all the choises XP, Linux, etc... How do I get rid of it? Thanks reps will be given as usual

The linux oot loader is running in the MBR, to get rid of it you jsut have to boot on the EIn CD, then go into the repair utility and type FIXMBR

you can boot from Windows startup floppy disks or CD-ROM, choose repair option during setup, and run Recovery Console. When you are logged on, you can run FIXMBR command to fix MBR.

Wait what is EIn CD? and there is no repair utility, theres only options of boot to linux, boot to windows, rescue, restore.

Sorry, typo...the Windows CD, you need to go to the rescue utility and type that command.
