hi, basically wanna liven up my toolbar and stuff make vista look cool... got any utilites to do this?

http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?libid=1 Windowblinds is a good program if you really want to make your GUI look unique compared to most. Search for some cool skins, you'll find something you like eventually

I only really prefer Windows Blinds for XP rather than Vista. I think Vista looks good enough as it is, especially with the transparancy and colour settings available.
