Exactly how? Their suggestion was "restart your computer and try again."

I just installed XP SP2 and updated to SP3. All went well.

After restarting, I tried installing other updates. Fail, fail, fail, all the way across the board. All updates failed to install.

Anyone else have this problem?

I read about this problem when I was deciding whether to install SP3 (I decided not to).
