Default Why is this a "contacts" folder?

Ok windows decided that it wanted to make my iron maiden folder in my music collector a contacts folder.. while its not a big deal, its annoying and i'd like to know how to get it back to normal.

It seems that a program is telling that directory to be a contacts folder, because if I rename the folder to "iron maiden1" it fixes it. If I delete the folder completely and put in a blank folder named iron maiden, its still there.

Any ideas?

Try disabling hidden files and delete the desktop.ini file in that folder.

Fixed it, but that wasn't it. I'm not sure how I fixed it though.
