Default USB delay
So I've been having the strangest problem. Ever since I got my new computer whenever it comes out of sleep it takes a good 30-45 seconds for the mouse and keyboard to become responsive. This is not that big of a deal because they do always work, but it is annoying having to sit there waiting for them to work.

Anyone know why this could be happening?

You have USB keyboard/mouse enabled in BIOS? But wait... this is when you take it out of sleep...
