So I want to upgrade to the 64bit version of windows and I just had one question. What's the cheapest way of getting the software going to be? A while back I purchased Vista through microsofts digital locker, and I accidentally payed for 2 copies of it (didn't realize till months later). Do I still have to buy it again or can I use one of those licenses and still download it legally?

You can use those keys for 32 or 64 bit.

You do not have to buy it again; keys don't expire.

if I call them you think they'll send me the 64bit CD's even though I purchased the 32bit ones?

Yes. They will do that if you request it.

Yep, for about 10 bucks they'll send you the 64bit cd if you have already bought the 32bit key.
