Default System Slows down with Youtube

Well recently after i fixed my windows explorer issue, my computer is being really weird. When i watch youtube videos, or any media online my whole system begins to slow down. Watching videos is impossible because both the video and the audio lag so much that i can barely understand whats going on. This just started happening recently and never happened before. Also, its not my internet because i have broadband, and my other computers in the house are fine; and again, this just started happening recently.

Any help?

I dunno ive had this clock steady for a while now it just started happening. Annd i do use firefox, but i tested on both. I tested on IE and firefox, and i noticed now, that everything somewhat demanding slows my computer down. WIndows update, steam game downloading, any video online, slows it down so much that the cursor lags.
