I have Vista64 and I just upgraded to 4 gigs of RAm, and it never really goes over 38% used.
Is there any way I can make Windows load more of itself into my RAM? ![]()

If you have SuperFetch on then it's already using the rest for caching.
Go to Task Manager -> Performance Tab -> Look to see the Total, Cached, and Free RAM
