for some reason, when i install windows blinds, and try to apply a custom theme, it just sets it to windows classic. i've tried multiple reinstalls and no avail.
does anyone know of a windows blinds like application [besides litestep] with tons of skins or a big developing community like windows blinds? thanks! + for anyone help!

I know that windowblinds was always buggy for me (when it worked). At least the free version was like that.
I know there are multiple programs like Cursor XP and BootSkins that allow for custom cursors and boot screens but I don't know of any full-on window 'skinning' applications other than Windowblinds.
