Default Event Log Errors - Normal?

After a fresh installation I decided to check my event log..

I get the following errors about once every hour, or when I boot my computer up each time:

Is this......normal? These errors we're happening on a fresh installation of Vista SP1 with my sound and video drivers installed.. with all windows updates installed.. Absolutely no changes to the OS or other programs installed.
