Default windows 64bit issue...
i have never seen this before as in never had this happen to me.

but when i have lets say to windows open and there in minimize mode. when i move my mouse over to the window that im not on it automatically switches to that window just by moving me mouse to it. and not having to click on it.

i want to disable this effect. and i looked in the tools and didn't see it.

please help thanks

Never heard of it, try doing system restore to before that was happening

It's in the Control Panel>Ease of Access

Under Explore all Settings should be something that says "Make the mouse easier to use." There is an option to activate a window just by mousing over it...

Are you using the classic Control Panel? The default view simplifies things...but in Classic mode there are more individual options...

EDITED: Just saw on my own pc if I switch to Control panel Home..I see Ease of Access there as well..so don't know why you wouldn't have that in Control Panel

did u try going start panel and searching for ease of access in the quick search?

yeah and it doesnt find it. and also. when i try to load up my powerdvd etc.. to watch movies it reboots my pc. you think its a network 2.0 issue? directx issue? i know its not the program because it works perfect.
