ok - got rid of the hiberfil.sys [disk clean up - all users - hibernation files

Trying standby now....

Do not delete hiberfil.sys if you use the hibernate function. If you don't use hibernate then yes it's safe to delete.

Yea, i didn't delete that, i deleted the temp folders where the data is actually held. I had a NTLDR error (or whatever they are) and thus the temp files weren't removed.
