Default windows clock/timestamp

so i got some trojan crap recently but fixed up most of it..

it basically leaves my windows clock in the taskbar with the words VIRUS ALERT on it and i can't seem to get rid of that.

when i use AIM, i have time stamps, the same words show up next to all the time my messages come and go. how can i take it out??

How is that trolling? I was just telling you what you most likely will have to do. Jeez kid.

Good luck with your registry edit.

Even though it seems like the easiest answer, Format and Reinstalling is always the best fix for any Virus infection.

If you don't want to do what has been suggested, you could always go into the registry and delete one thing at a time until it is fixed. Then you can feel okay about formatting and reinstalling because there won't be another option. And you may just get lucky and fix it.
