Windows Update
Well, I am trying to find a Windows Update guide that was made by a user here. But as luck and karma have it, I can't find it.
Here is my problem. I was downloading the update files and choosing when to install them, but they downloaded all of them and didn't let me install them. I then tried Windows Update through IE6/7 and that didn't work. So I am sorta stuck. I have deleted the SoftwareDistribution/Download folder and have rebooted to see if that works. (That didn't work) Any ideas?

I tried Windows Update Repair Tool, and that did not work either.

did you get sp3? if so was it in the last batch of updates?

Well, this is what happened.
Windows Automatic Update, was set to Download but notify me what to install. SP3 was what it downloaded, I don't want SP3. So then I went to Windows Update through IE, and it wouldn't let me download or install any of the files.

This solved my problem:
80070002 Windows Help Page I found it funny that it gave me a Vista reolution when the error code came up in XP.
