Default Task Manager...Missing something?

I dont know what happend but recently when I pull up task manager, all I see is just the processes that are going on nothing else. No File, Options either. no x to close it. Just processes.... the only way to close it is alf f4... um anyone know how to get the full thing back?

Double click the outer border. And/or grey area. that should fix it in a flash!

yup.

I had that happen to me once in winxp. I actually formatted to get rid of it, then the next day it was back again. Turns out the wife was playing tricks on me. OMG I was mad when I found out it wasnt a software error lol.
