Someone wanna help me turn off all the bling lol.
__________________Anyone tell me how I turn "what-ever" off to stop it from asking me if I really want to start every single app I try and open, or every single thing I try to save lol? I've turned off Windows Defender - but I still get the popup box asking me if I really want to do what I just wanted to do.. Its annoying as hell lol. Its called user account control isnt it? Anyone know of a really good vista setup guide for gamers/OC'ers? cheers in advance.. Nemes

I wouldn't disable superfetch. That is one of the great things with vista. it utilizes your unused ram to precache your most used programs so they load up faster. If you system needs more RAM to use, it actually releases the RAM.

A better option would be to leave the security enabled and use this... Set it to quiet mode. Best of both worlds.
