Default page fault in nonpaged area

i have a desktop computer:
1000mhz celeron
1gig ram
40 gig harddrive
plextor 18X dvd burner

when i attempt to install xp:
1.turn on computer
2.bios loads through
3. boot from cd...
4. loads cd

about half way through loading the program to install os gives me....

"page_fault_in_nonpaged_area........oxoooooo5o
(oxe116coo,oxooooooo1,ox8o8ob20d,10x00000001)"



i dont know what to do. i know that all components are good, cd is good(installed on other computer day before), and that i know what i am doing. what does that code stand for?....any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

the processor wasnt campatable with the mobo
