Default Screwed up vista boot, need to fix

Ok my system has 3 partitions for OS's. Windows vista, Linux and a partition for testing. I installed another vista on the test partition to test a problem i was having and tried to fix the boot record to dual boot both vista partitions. Well to make a long story short, something went wrong and when the boot load comes up it only shows a memory diagnostic test and nothing else. I am running linux also and can boot into that so editing a file in windows is an option. I just dont want to have to reinstall windows.

That should let you reinstall the vista bootloader and choose which installs you want to appear.

Thanks for the link. I was able to fix the bootloader with this but it wont really work if you cant boot into windows at all. Anyways, i was able to reinstall the test and then use that software to get back into my old partition. Thanks and ++++ rep
