I set my monitor to never go to sleep.
Yet every time I restart my computer, it resets and shuts off after 20 minutes. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this happening?

Did you just set the monitor or the whole computer? There's a few different options, one is monitor standby, another is cpu standby, and there's also cpu shutdown.

where are you making these changes? go to the start orb, and in the search bar type power options, hit enter. go to advanced options and make sure everything is correct in there.
