I downloaded the theme http://rapidshare.com/files/144359280/windows_seven.rar
Once I downloaded this, I extracted the file, and ran the setup app for windows 7 theme, this installed the theme, chose under themes my resolution + windows 7. Then I installed Vistaglazz, I ran the style patcher, once complete, it asked me to reboot, so i did so, upon logging into vista, i have now gotten this result
