The skin?

The theme is just a Vista theme. I don't think it takes anymore than any other Vista Aero Theme.

Rainmeter (notepad on left, all the other stuff on right, except calendar) just sits there with 13 MB of RAM used. 0-1% CPU time.

Then Rainlendar2, the calendar takes no CPU time. 9 MB of RAM at the moment.
