Default Creating a Windows install disc

ok so i just got a new hard drive since my other one is fried and my instal cd is scratched to hell so it wont install. i need help making a install cd for xp pro. i have an iso of it on my computer i just can seem to get it working when i burn it it just sits at boot from a cd/dvd and does nothing

is it an iso of a bootable disc? If not, you'll have to either make it bootable yourself or torrent a bootable version. This isn't illegal as long as you use your own product key.

ok so now i got it to the point it starts the setup is examining your system. and then it says a text file is wrong or something and wont boot i need this thing going today

edit: error code i'm getting

line 3196 of the inf file \i386\txtsetup.sif is invalid press any key to exit

i'm having a hardtime finding another .iso that isnt a torrent (torrents are god awful slow on my isp) someone able to help me with that?

If it is a Retail Key, you can find a legal copy of XP SP3 HERE.
If it is OEM, well, I can't help with that. An OEM key will not work with a Retail disk.
