New to Overclock.net
|
I'm going to reinstall windows to increase system speed, should I format my hard disk also? would formatting increase performance much?

Reinstall windows, format the drive, install the newest chipset drivers / video drivers / audio drivers and you should see a increase, it may be small but hey
