Default File Recovery Help

I have just accidentally deleted a nero image from my computer and it is not in my recycle bin because I set it to where when I delete a file it will not be sent to the recycle bin so don't give me this answer. I know that it is still somewhere in my computer, but how can I recover it? please help, what kind of program do I use to recover a nero image?
