Default Burning XP Home Bootable Disk

Hey guys, I once again need a proggy that will let me burn my ISO of my slipstreamed XP CD onto a bootable CD-R. I've searched all around, and found nothing that will let me do it. I can burn it to a CD, but it isn't bootable.

Thanks bunches guys.

All that "bootable" means is that theres a file on the CD's main directory that the computer recognizes as a boot file. You must be missing the file.

Hmm...So, can I get the file? I think I may have it, I'm going to burn another one and try and see if it works.

Yea, I tried burning a file called xpboot.bin along with the ISO, but didn't work. Nlite is supposed to make a bootable ISO, no?

There is a MS boot img to use and also there should be a section to specify the number of sectors to load : this should be set to 4.

Make sure that it is using ISO 9660 charcter set format

ncsa, there are 2 levels: Level 1 and Level 2. Which one do I use?

Use level 2 as this allows for up to 32 characters - long filenames.

As khuli as said some of the current .iso tools have an option to make bootable and automatically include the boot image files.
