Default Windows Set up being stupid

i made those 6 floppy disks that allow for windows xp set up for nonbootable windows disks. So i popped them in and after set up disk #4 it asks for my RAID drivers so i pop that in and put in the 2 drivers (nvraid). it asks for #4 again then after it loads some files it says "nvraid.sys cannot be found press enter to restart" after this happened i put the nvraid.sys file INTO the set up disk #4 and it STILL said it. AND instead of asking for the file it says "set up failed press enter to restart" this is really gay.. is it like impossible to install windows?

Silly question, but you have check the driver disk to if the nvraid.sys is on it?

there are no folders. I used the makedisk.exe to make the driver disk but then i had to format the disk so i transferred the files to my desktop and then transferred those files to another disk. I installed fine but when i reasks for my #4 disk it gets the "nvraid.sys not found" thing. nvraid.sys is on both the #4 disk and driver disk.

Dude, i told u, use my way! its better And after if u dont want the extra partition, u can always delete it, and add the space to another partition !
My guide is a no brainer, easy and quick to use, it will take u less then 2 hours to fromat and all.

You did transfer ALL files, including the system & hidden ones? System & hidden are not normally visible unless you tell XP you want to see them.

well i reused the makedisk.exe when i added the 2 drivers on the page it asked me to i click on the drivers AGAIN and it asked me if i wanted to use the drivers on the floppy or the windows driver which totally confused me. Then it said some other file other than "nvraid.sys" cannot be found. But then it said nvraid.sys cannot be found when i tried it for another time. this is really stupid

<--never gonna get windows.
