Default Removal of windows msn

Hi there all,

Just finished many repairs and reinstalls..see here.

My mind is totally fried and am having a total blank on information.

Anyway, I need to remove windows msn and can't remember how to do it apart from turning it of as a service.
Some help please for an old fried brain.

cheers
