i've had about 3 today. i've managed to get the log:

Try a slight bump in voltage for the cpu. Also make sure all drivers are updated etc...

It happened to me... well before i tried overclocking. It was because voltage was stock and drops kinda low. So i set it to 1.19 and it was fine untill i decided to overclock things.

Did you have issues on your previous os as reedo asked? What was the solution? Please post back the solution- with the "mindset" that you were having a (expensive) problem- had just run across this thread after much searching.... and it was the ONLY thread with info on the subject. .
