Try a slight bump in voltage for the cpu. Also make sure all drivers are updated etc...

It happened to me... well before i tried overclocking. It was because voltage was stock and drops kinda low. So i set it to 1.19 and it was fine untill i decided to overclock things.

Glad to hear you're up and running again.

Question though- as I'm wondering about your response.

How you ever had a problem, especially a weird one on a expensive piece of equipment... that due to age of the equpiment there are NO people posting about that equipment? (Either it's very new /or very old)

You search and search for hours (or days).... Using various search terms, you sort thru hundreds or thousands of non-relevant links and dead ends... And then it happens- You finally run across (1) someone who's had the exact problem you're having.....

You start reading the thread with anticipation , reading each word only to scroll further down the page or thread to see the OP has posted back:

Never mind got it working,
Or
I got it working fine now...

Got to ask- What would be going thru YOUR mind at that point?

BTW: Was this a fresh install, had you added or removing any software/hardware recently?
Did you have issues on your previous os as reedo asked?
What was the solution?

Please post back the solution- with the "mindset" that you were having a (expensive) problem- had just run across this thread after much searching.... and it was the ONLY thread with info on the subject.

.
