I use this as my welcome screen at the moment (Pic one). I regularly change mine too. A couple I have also used.

Thanks for recommending this. I decided to try it on Windows 7 and it works fine. Well there is one glitch. When creating my own background it won't let me browse to the file I want. As a workaround I just drag and drop it and that works. +rep to you.
