What do you use to download?
Use wget for large files or downloads. Extract the attached file in your Windows folder: C:\Windows Then to download a large file go to the start menu, type run, press enter, and then proceed to type the following: Code:
wget -c http://www.website.com/thefileyouwanttodownload.zip If the download aborts or an error occurs, just type this in the run box again to continue for where you left off (which is why the -c tag is here.). The file will be downloaded in C:\Documents and Settings\username if you're running Windows XP and in C:\Windows if you're running Vista or Seven.
