Default Windows Explorer & Dr Watson Problems...

Recently, whenever I right click a file, browse through folders and things like that, Windows Explorer.exe always crashes and also something called DrWatson Debugger, then my PC becomes unresponsive. I have to close ''drwtsn32.exe'' in Task Manager for my PC to work properly again but it just happens again.... why is this?

disable everything in the start up see if it still gives you problems

click start / run / type msconfig / hit enter / click the start up tab / click disable all/ apply

reboot
